The Blenheim Farm property has deep historical roots in Virginia dating back to 1730. The winery building, designed by Dave Matthews and master craftsman William Johnson, was created to have minimal impact on the environment....Cooled by being nestled into the side of a hill, constructed from reclaimed wood, with south-facing windows and skylights and passive solar heating...
